Refund policy
At Klik, we build screen-free cameras for real moments. Sometimes a product might not be right for you, and we want to keep the return process simple. You have 30 days after receiving your Klik to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Your Klik needs to be in its original state, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories included.
How to Start a Return
Contact our team at support@klikcamera.com. Include your order number and tell us why you're returning it—we use this to keep improving.
Return Shipping
You cover return shipping unless we made an error (wrong item, defective, or damaged). Once you request a return, we'll email the shipping cost for your approval. After you approve, we'll send the return link. The shipping cost gets deducted from your refund when we receive your Klik.
Important: If your return shipment is lost or damaged in transit back to us, we are unable to process a refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Note: Customs delays are beyond our control and aren't valid return reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover return shipping. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Process
We'll inspect your returned Klik and notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus the return cost. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
Exchanges
Want a different variant or color? Contact us at support@klikcamera.com. We'll send an invoice for return shipping and any price difference. After payment, you'll get a return link—select 'Exchange'. Once we receive and inspect your Klik, we'll issue store credit so you can reorder.
Return Denial
We reserve the right to refuse returns outside our guidelines or the 30-day window. Returns sent to unauthorized addresses won't be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items
Receive a defective or damaged Klik? Contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your order, contact our team at support@klikcamera.com. If the order has not yet been processed we will cancel the order for you and process the refund straight away.
