30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return service for all our products.

Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s).

Return Conditions: Items requested for return must remain in brand-new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts.

Return Process

Contact Customer Service: If you wish to return an item, please first contact our customer service team via email at: support@klikcamera.us.

Obtain Approval: Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Once our customer service team has reviewed your request, they will email you with specific return authorization instructions and the designated return address.

Ship Back the Item(s): Please ship the item(s) back to the return address provided by us. Please note the return address: 122-3, Building 122, Hengling 4th District, Minxin Community, Minzhi Subdistrict, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China 518131. You are responsible for covering the international shipping costs incurred when returning items to China.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges: Currently, we offer exchanges only under the following circumstances: the item is defective; the item was damaged during transit; or you received the wrong item (shipping error). If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or model, we recommend that you return the original item first and then place a new order for the item you desire.

Shipping Cost Policy:

For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., you simply do not like the item, you ordered the wrong item, etc.), both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

For returns or exchanges resulting from product quality issues or shipping errors (receiving the wrong item), the associated shipping costs will be covered by us.
